Rudrajeet Desai is the Founder & CEO of VideoCX.io, one of India’s leading video banking platforms powering customer interactions for 75+ financial institutions.
A serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building technology products, he has not only built and scaled multiple startups but also successfully raised multiple rounds of venture capital himself, giving him a first-hand understanding of what investors actually look for in a startup’s numbers.
